I. Explanation:

Color Guard at Gables High School consists of three (3) seasons. The first season being Summer training and conditioning. This conditioning is in preparation for the next season which is marching season. During marching season the band and color guard work in cooperation to perform weekly at school football games, as well as the occasional marching competition. The final season is Winter Guard, better known as Indoor Guard. At this point the color guard performs and competes in competitions that take place indoors. Like marching season, the color guard practices daily in preparation for their often times weekly competitions.

Eurhythmics Course Numbers are H 52 - H 56.

As mentioned before, the color guard and band work side by side throughout the majority of the year. Without the band the color guard does not exsist, therefore both groups rely heavily upon one another for their success.
